All permanent jewelry purchases are final, as each piece is custom-made and welded specifically for you.
Re-weld Fee
If your piece needs to be re-welded, a $15 fee will apply per piece.
Lost Jewelry
We are not responsible for lost jewelry once it is in your possession.
Confirmation Required
To secure your appointment, you must confirm 24 hours in advance.
Jewelry Removal
Once welded, your piece can’t be redone without a re-weld fee. For flexibility, you may choose to add a clasp for easy removal.

Yes, we’re happy to offer permanent jewelry for children with parental consent.
